Return, Refund, and
Cancellation Policy

Dear Buyer/User,

You acknowledge that these terms of exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.

• We do not return or refund or exchange any product since these are “personalized products”, they are handmade only after a buyer’s choice and preference.


• If a user has to cancel the order, it has to be done within 24 hours’ time frame after making an order payment & order cancellation is possible if the product is not prepared. In case the user has demanded for urgent delivery and the product is prepared & shipped, order cancellation is not possible.


• We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit, damage done by logistic or courier companies, which are third party companies and they are not owned or operated by ILoveFashion (JMK TRADERS)
